Musangu Bukasa

Musangu Bukasa is a passionate advocate for equitable development and community empowerment. He is the founder of The Greenwood Project, a service-based initiative mobilizing local talent to give back through meaningful community impact, and the cofounder of Bridge the Gap DRC, an organization committed to shifting the global narrative by telling African stories, uplifting local voices, and championing African-led solutions. Beyond storytelling, he aims to provide emergency resources to families affected by conflict in eastern Congo through shipping routes.

Musangu holds an MBA, PMP certification, and a policy and international affairs degree, equipping him to design and lead transformative development initiatives. At the heart of his work is a belief in community-driven progress—projects built on collaboration, cultural exchange, and long-term sustainability. His goal is to create inclusive platforms that leverage the power of the diaspora to support underserved communities and reshape the global development model.
