Jacques Bahati

A policy analyst and Africa development expert originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Jacques is based in the U.S. and actively engaged in research and advocacy on ethical development, land rights, and African sovereignty. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the DRC and two master’s degrees—one in Divinity and another in ethics—from institutions in the U.S. Jacques has led grassroots campaigns across Africa to fight corruption, resist land grabbing, and promote mental and spiritual decolonization. He regularly writes and speaks on social and political issues in the Great Lakes region and serves as a strong voice for Pan-African justice and sustainable development.
